Shipping and Return Policy


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are shipped within 3-5 business day. Items are shipped through the UPS.  

Shipping rates are based on location and product weight.

Tracking numbers will be e-mailed with shipping confirmation, and tracking can be done directly on the UPS website at 

If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by UPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the corrected shipping address. Shipping will not be refunded. 


Please e-mail to initiate a return. We will gladly accept product that is unopened or damaged within 14-days of delivery of your order. 

For online orders, you may return for a full refund by shipping back your merchandise within 14 days of delivery of your order.  These may be shipped back to:

At this time prepaid return labels are not available. 

Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving your return to process your refund.

All digital products are grated immediate access and can only be canceled within 7 days of purchase. Monthly digital subscriptions may be canceled at anytime. For questions on digital products e-mail or call 954-805-5806 EXT 3 for support.

All items purchased during a sale are FINAL sale.  All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for either a store credit or refund.
